This form describes, before you pay, who is selling, what you are buying, what it costs, how it is delivered and what your right of withdrawal is. Playing Founder Runway is free; this form applies only to the paid plans.

2. Subject of the contract and price
The paid plans unlock reporting and presentation surfaces produced from the runs you already played. They do not change the rules of the game: scenario effects, scoring, failure conditions and outcomes are identical on every plan.
- Founder Runway Pro — $5, charged once, no subscription or auto-renewal. Delivered digitally: the entitlement is attached to your account immediately after payment.
- Founder Runway Studio — $20, charged once, no subscription or auto-renewal. Delivered digitally: the entitlement is attached to your account immediately after payment.
Prices are shown in USD and exclude tax. Any applicable tax is shown separately at the payment step. The total amount you will be charged is displayed on the payment screen before you confirm.
3. Delivery
The product is digital content delivered over the internet with no physical shipment. After a successful payment the entitlement is attached to your account and the paid surfaces open. Delivery is normally immediate; if it does not arrive, write to the seller email above.
An account is required so the purchase can be attached to you. If you play as a guest, create an account before purchasing — otherwise the entitlement cannot follow you to another browser or device.
4. Right of withdrawal
Digital content delivered instantly is, under Turkish distance selling rules, exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has started with your consent. By confirming your purchase you accept that delivery starts immediately and that the statutory right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.
Independently of that, we voluntarily offer a refund within 14 days of purchase for a plan whose paid surfaces you have not used. See the Refund Policy for details.
5. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to the seller email above first; we aim to answer within a few business days. Consumers in Turkey may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
