Distance Sales Agreement
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This agreement is concluded between the seller identified below and the buyer who confirms a paid plan on founderunway.com, and covers the sale of digital content delivered over the internet.
1. 1. Parties — seller
- Legal name: [to be completed]
- Address: [to be completed]
- Email: [to be completed]
- Phone: [to be completed]
- Tax office / number: [to be completed] / [to be completed]
- MERSIS number: [to be completed]
2. 2. Parties — buyer
The buyer is the account holder who confirms the purchase. The name, email and, where applicable, billing details supplied at the payment step form part of this agreement.
3. 3. Subject and scope
The subject of this agreement is the buyer's purchase of the digital plan selected on the pricing page, and the parties' rights and obligations under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
- Founder Runway Pro — $5, charged once, no subscription or auto-renewal. Delivered digitally: the entitlement is attached to your account immediately after payment.
- Founder Runway Studio — $20, charged once, no subscription or auto-renewal. Delivered digitally: the entitlement is attached to your account immediately after payment.
4. 4. Price and payment
The plan price is the amount shown on the pricing page at the moment of purchase, in USD and excluding tax. Payment is taken once, through the payment provider; card details are never stored by the seller. Where a bank or provider fee applies it is shown at the payment step.
5. 5. Delivery
Delivery is electronic. Once payment is confirmed, the entitlement is attached to the buyer's account and the paid surfaces become available. There is no physical shipment and no shipping cost.
6. 6. Right of withdrawal
Because the subject of this agreement is digital content delivered instantly and performance starts with the buyer's express consent, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-(ğ)). The buyer accepts this by confirming the purchase.
The seller's voluntary refund commitment in the Refund Policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, the buyer's statutory rights.
7. 7. Default and force majeure
If the entitlement cannot be delivered for a reason attributable to the seller, the buyer may request a full refund. The seller is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control, including outages at the payment provider or the hosting infrastructure, but a purchase that could not be delivered is refunded.
8. 8. Disputes
Consumers in Turkey may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
