Terms of Use

1. Description of the Service

Founder Runway is a browser-based startup simulation game where your decisions affect metrics such as runway, product-market fit (PMF), growth, valuation, and investor trust. The game is currently in an Early Access / demo stage; features may change, be added, or be removed during development.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (16 in some countries) to use the game. If you are a minor, you may use the game only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Access and Account

The current version is largely playable without an account; your progress is stored in your browser. Where fields such as the Early Access form are provided, you agree to give accurate and current information. If an account system is added later, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the game fairly and lawfully. The following are prohibited:

• Cheating, using bots or automation tools, or manipulating game mechanics or scores.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the game's source code, exploiting vulnerabilities, or bypassing security measures.
• Overloading our servers, scraping data without permission, or disrupting the service.
• Using the game for illegal, harmful, defamatory purposes or in ways that infringe others' rights.

5. Intellectual Property

The game's name, logo, scenarios, text, design, code, and all other content belong to Founder Runway or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content commercially without our written permission. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6. User Contributions

For any feedback or suggestions you send us, you grant us a royalty-free right to use them to improve the game, with no obligation.

7. Not Investment or Financial Advice

Founder Runway is for education and entertainment. The scenarios, numbers, and outcomes in the game are fictional and must not be interpreted as real investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Do not make real-world decisions based solely on the game; seek professional advice.

8. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no express or implied warranties that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. During Early Access, data loss, resets, or feature changes may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Founder Runway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of or inability to use the game.

10. Termination

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice. You may end this relationship at any time by ceasing to use the game.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version takes effect once published on this page; you can track it via the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
