Hospital pilots dragged on; the compliance prep was right but I underestimated the collection plan.
Instead of speeding up the pilots, I finished the compliance checklist early. Sales slowed, but the burn multiple stayed under control.
Because I never added the collection delay to my runway plan, the last four turns were pure defense.
